[Metastockusers] How to create Rate Of Change Indicator

I purchased, Breaking the Black Box, a CD and book by Martin Pring. 

In the book and CD, it mentions a Triple Indicator System using 10 
Week Moving average and 6 Week ROC (Rate Of change).

Pring also mentions that he uses MetaStock for his platform.

However, I can not find an indicator called ROC or rate of change in 
MetaStock. Can you please give me the code? Or tell me how to find it?
