What is the best way to set up the data files and directories?
I am installing on a new system and have a chance to "do it right"
this time. Also, what is your recommendation to setup securities?
Last time, I used my Historical Data cd but that was a number of
years ago and it is a bit outdated now. I have been using
mldownloader to aquire my quotes. Is there a quick and easy way to
setup all the US stocks?
Last time I just copied the directory structure that was on the
Historical cd, grouped by alpha. That was a bit of a pain in the
rear for scanning. I have heard of some limitations regarding the
maximum number of securities in a folder but can't remember what
that number is. I just upgraded to 8.01.
