Dusant,
You're absolutely right: "it should be simple co-ordinate geometry", 
but the reality is I can't figure out how to do it ! In linear 
scaling,you can simply divide the price distance between 2 points by 
the number of bars, thus getting the increment, and you have a nice 
trendline connecting those 2 points. If you apply this technique in a 
s/l scaled chart, you got a curved trendline.
