I use eSignal for Metastock Pro realtime, Advanced GET EOD, and RT, 
and Tradestation 2000i (I use Uniserver from 
http://www.tssupport.com/).  The data is stored in Global Server for 
TS2000; the data is stored in MS in the DataOnDemand Cache; the data 
is not stored for GET RT, but downloaded from eSignal servers on 
demand.

Most of the software you are considering is capable of using the data 
from eSignal, and I would recommend that service as well as a high 
speed internet service such as DSL or Cable.
