Ron: This is how I did it. Your method.  I go to TC Databank/Smart export to Metastock.
Select watchlist to export. click change path and entered metatest\startup.  Set days to export 2 years. Check Use Metastock y2k compatible format. Click smart Export.
I get f*.dop files.   I am starting to think it is more trouble than it is worth. Nirvana systems allow you to download TC2000 directly in any watchlist you want and they are dispalyed as they are downloaded.  Help please.  Marshall

Marshall -If you want several different TC2K scans to come into MS as one file here is one way to do it:1. Combine all the TC2K scans into a single WatchList. If the total number of tickers in the list is fewer than 255, you can use Smart Export to MS. Otherwise you will have to export to V3 and use the Downloader to convert the file.Note that using export to MS will clear out the receiving directory each time it is used.MS will do stock scans. In MS stock scans are called Explorations.Hope this helps.Ronmarshall wrote:> when I try to get TC2000 data to Metastock it comes in as f*.dop> files.
