Hi,
Does anyone knows the file format of the XMASTER file?
Thanks in Advance,
Alagan
This site says they have the MetaStock format:
http://myfileformats.com/search.php?name=metastock
MetaStock and Computrac were the same file format at one time that's why the above site lists the formats for both. But MetaStock modified Computrac a long time ago, perhaps as long as 15 years ago, so Computrac is no longer valid.
But be aware that MetaStock has reserved bytes that they use for development purposes and these areas may contain new or modified bits with each new release of the program.
An early version of the MetaStock manual had a listing of a BASIC program that would access the MetaStock format. I used it for a while. It was published up until about version 4.0 or so.
