Thanks all for your help.
The desktop and the laptop look the same (same indicators in the drop
down menu) so I'm well pleased. One HD crash and your nervous
forever, hey.

Open Metastock. Open Help...then "Metasock Help". Choose "Exporting
Formula Based Tools".
Covers just about everthing about everything Roy and Barry have
already suggested.
