There are two "freebie" PDF books in circulation (in the files section here
and elsewhere). I don't know if the content is the same or different, though
I seem to recall that both files are about the same size. Personally I
prefer to work with the MS User Guide as supplied with my MS software.
Learning the MetaStock Formula Language by any method is going to require a
degree of persistence and some hard work. Tackling your own and other
peoples problems should provide all the practical exercises you need.
