They won’t gap [to an extreme] and when they run, they get legs for at

haven't factored on one thing. Gaps. What do you do when the stock you just
took a position in gaped down 25% . There goes your $500 theory. I would
suggest you stick to ETFs if you are serious about 500 losses and remember that
your gains will be limited as well. Better off not to enter a position to start
with until all the stars line up .<span

<span
class=EmailStyle20>Hi all,
<span
class=EmailStyle20>
<span
class=EmailStyle20>As a novice user of
Metastock 7.21 you can understand when I say my creative juices are flowing.
<span
class=EmailStyle20>
<span
class=EmailStyle20>Here’s an idea I’m
exploring. Pardon the pun.
<span
class=EmailStyle20>
<span
class=EmailStyle20>Feel free to offer and
constructive advice you think may make it better.
<span
class=EmailStyle20>
<span
class=EmailStyle20>I would like to filter for
possible long stock trades as follows:
<span
class=EmailStyle20>1) The
7 period exponential mov, avg greater than the 14 period exp, mov, avg.
<font size=2
color=black face=Arial>2)<font
size=1 color=black>
<font size=2 color=black
face=Arial>Close above the middle Bollinger line [sorry for sounding so elementary,
but that’s what I refer to this line as] Mine is set at (C,20,S).
<font size=2
color=black face=Arial>3)<font
size=1 color=black>
<font size=2 color=black
face=Arial>OBV greater than it’s 14 period exponential mov, avg.
<font size=2
color=black face=Arial>4)<font
size=1 color=black>
<font size=2 color=black
face=Arial>+DMI (14) greater than –DMI (14)
<font size=2
color=black face=Arial>5)<font
size=1 color=black>
<font size=2 color=black
face=Arial>RSI > 50
<font size=2
color=black face=Arial>6)<font
size=1 color=black>
<font size=2 color=black
face=Arial>Macd > it’s 14 period exponential mov, avg.
<span
class=EmailStyle20>
<span
class=EmailStyle20>Then reversing the “greater
than” to “lower than” to find good short candidates.
<span
class=EmailStyle20>
<span
class=EmailStyle20>My goal is to have about 5
stocks to choose from every day for the ultimate goal of making about $500 per
day. I favor stocks between $5 and
$20 than I can by up to 1,00 shares of to get my $500, hopefully.
<span
class=EmailStyle20>
<span
class=EmailStyle20>Let me know what you think.
