Freddie,
I bought a flat 19" LCD monitor in February. It has helped my reading a great deal. I am able to look straight ahead which is good for braced neck.
I am glad you will look at the website. You are able to write strategies or scan for some aspect of the Options trade. I have not learned yet, but it is their.

Debra,
Don't mention at all, it is a friendly advise that you avoid siting too
long in front of screen. My personal experience tells me, I am quite
edited to screen but I am cutting down alot due to some backache. One
more thing about screen, if you can afford, switch to flat panel.
Although CRT screen manufacturers claimed to have low radiation and safe
for use, over long exposure is no good for eye and body. Ask you
yourself, do you feel tired after viewing CRT screen after some time. Few
things for enhancement but not a complete remedy. Change the background
to light green or gray, it is believed to be pleasing to the vision,
install a screen filter will help cut down radiation and make sure it has
a wire to attach to ground for removing ESD charges. Of course tune the
brightness to optimal level that yield comfort.
I did suspect the address to be in error as I couldn't reach it. Thanks
for informing me. Will try it out shortly.

Debra,

Nice of you to be frank, I am not expert either. I enjoy explore on software and perform analysis. I am yet to find out more potential the Metastock can provide.

Meta system back testing is very interesting if you do it correctly. The metastock will help you to match the stock to the best perform indicator, sort out the profit in descending order and view the report with highest profit and Metastock will plot buy sell arrows on chart for your actions. See attachments reports I did on MSFT. There are several other reports which I did not attach.  This is an example, don't use it on real trade pls.
You are welcome to ask me questions on Optionscope, I will try my best to answer you. Basically, it is an option calculator, however, it has the capability to plot risk/reward graph from the data you entered.

Sorry to learn about your major surgery on my Cervical Spine and throat. Is this associated with your occupation or personal lifestyle. You need plenty of rest, I mean less time on computer screen, unless you have excellent support will doing your work on screen. The recent outbreak of SARS is going to impact the global economy besides the War. Wonder when will this be over.
I don't find anything in Mantic.com, you have specific URL link, I will try again while awaiting your response.

Best Regards

Hi Freddie,
I am a beginner in Trading and Investing.  I do a lot of reading and I have attended several seminars so I may sound like I am experienced, but I am really not.
I would hesitate to give any advise because it would not be from an expert.
When I try out indicators on my charts, I really don't know if I have chosen the best ones or not.
I am just beginning to learn how to use the System Back testing area of MetaStock.  I am learning about the best systems to use and trying to understand all I should get from trying out the recommendations offered.  I don't do a lot of trading because I am trying to learn how without loosing lots of money that I don't have.
Since you know how to use Option Scope, I will be able to ask you some questions. The other program I mentioned is on www.Mantic.com. You will find the program I mentioned there.  It has everything one could need for Option trading.  There is even a section where you can write you own strategy for trading options.  I want to learn how to do that.  I have just come home from having major surgery on my Cervical Spine and throat.  I am recuperating so I have not spent a lot of time studying as I am looking forward to doing.  Maybe we can help each other.
Regards,
Debra Ann
