[Metastockusers] Addendum to Cumming's 4MACD for MetaStock

The sequence in which you put the MACD's into the window is critical 
and in checking I gave the wrong sequence in my note. The correct 
sequence is: MACDBlue then MACDYellow, then MACDRed, and finally 
MACDGreen. If you put them in in the wrong sequence the 4MACD will 
not have the same appearance as it appears in TC-2000.
