The statement you have is correct except Metastock needs to know what period
RSI you want to use so it can calculate a moving average.
The formula mov(RSI,14,S) is missing the RSI period(length).
Try this, mov(RSI(5),14,S). This is a 14 period simple moving average of a 5
period RSI.
