  was going to suggest that if you are using it for backtesting and you have a 
  series of numbers (daily PE numbers in your case), you can "fool" MS and put a 
  stream of numbers in the open interest column within the downloader (edit 
  data).  Then you can reference those numbers within formulas, plot them, 
  etc.

    no real time vendors that I am aware of for first call estimates.  
    I use reuters stockVal and then import it. Let me know if you know of
