Metastock has two candlestick functions -
BigBlack() and BigWhite().

When these are used in an Expert they
indicate bars/candles of different size.
That is to say a BigBlack one day may be a different
size to a BigBlack another day.

Does anybody know how Metastock defines these?

Is there an accepted definition of these?

I haven't got Nisons book. Is the definition in there?
