1 you hacve to use the downloader to convert data to metastock format,
metastock can only read that format
you cant paste the intire xls, you have to copy and paste, or convert the
xls as you do for the asciii
2 you have to use a program that goes by the name of winrar, get it at
www.rarlab.com, ita a program like winzip
