If you look through the 'Functions' section of the User Manual you'll find
BarsSince(), Cum(), HighestBars(), LowestBars() , and possibly other
functions as well that can be used to provide bar counts since particular
events occurred.
Combining two functions such as BarsSince(ValueWhen(....)) can be a useful
ploy too.
