Define the logical conditions for:
Breakout
Congestion
Heavy Volume
Price Gaps
and a formula can be written. Problem is, the terms are subject to
interpretation
by each person who tries to write the code. You need to be very very
specific
as to what each of these means to get the code that fits those conditions.
