I attended the review in Palm Beach Gardens on
the 27th myself. Must have been at the same show.
New MS finally had the full feature -
all systems against all stocks. Personally would never use a black
box system, or plug-in unless I could see the code (which never happens as you
could simply plug it in yourself).
But will wait for 8.01 or next correction as new
software or major upgrades always have bugs in them. Next revision in
a couple to six months should be a good one.

Good for you, Preston.I attended a MetaStock seminar
yesterday and wasmost interested in the newest MS version.There
are some nice new features, but frankly I was dismayedthat time was used
showing different too expensive add ons or plug ins.Just getting a
new version (which I did not) would takeup lots of time. Messing
with the expensive addswould certainly dull the thrust of becoming
proficient with the central program.Then again they might be a
good investment, but then might be of little value. Evaluating
is a function of time and too much all at once pretty well
