I had this FORMORG.EXE error myself, so I had to build the 7.0 template
manually.
I am afraid you will have to do the same.
Jim has put a document with very detailed instructions in the files section.
Have a look.

Thank you for your replies. I followed the 4 steps procedure given by Jim
in this e-mail (below); still I got the similar error below:
FORMORG caused an invalid page fault in
module FORMORG.EXE at 018f:00433446.

The above occured at the importing stage, using the Formula Organiser.
I even re-tried it after re-installing my MS 7.0, the result was the same.
