Jim & Roy,
Thank you for your replies. I followed the 4 steps procedure given by Jim in this e-mail (below); still I got the similar error below:
FORMORG caused an invalid page fault inmodule FORMORG.EXE at 018f:00433446.Registers:EAX=00000000 CS=018f EIP=00433446 EFLGS=00010202EBX=007ccaf0 SS=0197 ESP=007cca54 EBP=00000d18ECX=007ccac0 DS=0197 ESI=00000004 FS=511fEDX=007d0000 ES=0197 EDI=007cca88 GS=0000Bytes at CS:EIP:8a 12 88 14 38 8b 11 42 40 3b c6 89 11 7c ef 5f Stack dump:009a1bcc 007ccae0 00433567 007ccac0 007cca88 00000004 00a92776 007ccae0 00a92770 007ccae4 00000d18 000c0144 007ccae0 00000000 0099e76c 00000d17
The above occured at the importing stage, using the Formula Organiser.
I even re-tried it after re-installing my MS 7.0, the result was the same.
See if you can still help, or maybe Spyros can help.
Once again thank you.

AnthonyAlways put DTA files that contain other peoples code into a TEMPORARY workarea (NOT where MS will normally look for its files), then run the FormulaOrganiser (via Explorer or whatever) to import the new files. On no accountever copy any DTA file over your existing MS DTA files. This could destroyall existing formulas - not recommended unless you have current backup. All DTA files in MetStock or Equis folders should be included in regularback-ups.Roy> I'm at a bit of a loss, here, since I don't have a copy of 7.0.>> However, Roy Larsen shared in an earlier post that the MS72FORM.DTA> that is created by the Organizer in 7.2 can be loaded into version> 7.0 using the Organizer, IF you change the name to 70 from 72.>> I have no way to test this, but I trust Roy's advice.>> I suggest you be VERY careful not to copy these files on top of one> another - there seems to be one "master" DTA that is used for your> normal operations, which should not be overwritten.
