It looks like my assumption that the EXE file would work with older versions
was false, at least it proved so for me. When running the EXE file on 7.03 I
get the "developer supplied information" then I get "No importable files
exist in the source folder". On one occasion after some delay the developer
supplied information window came up again and then the load appeared to go
OK. Most times however it just aborts.

I think the MWT problem is not solved either because the template file would
just be extracted and stored as an MS 7.2 smart chart which 7.03 would not
read.

Back to the drawing board.
