I am new to metastock and seek your help in solving

Where can i have the formula for:
        
" displaced moving average"
                
- shifting moving averages a few periods to the right
 
How do i construct:
        " linear 
regression channel?
            
-    upper and lower channel
 
How can go about in exploring favorites securities (in favorite 
folder)?
