This condition is explained at the bid site.  If an item is bid at $100, I 
can enter a maximum bid of $130, with the bid in $2.50 increments.  
(This is an example.)  If you bid $102.50, the next bid will show my 
bid of $105.  This will occur until you bid 132.50 which will exceed 
my maximum of $130.
