MetaStock.

Does anyone
know of computer manufacturers (or lists where I can pose this question)
that will build custom computers with one's exact specification of
components including the case, motherboard, and exact memory chips, as well
as all of the other components?

The
main manufacturers limit you to the components that they specify, so if you
want to specify everything you will probably have to deal with a local
computer store that builds their own or a local computer expert that builds
them.
