I also thought about folders
and the symbol limit, so I divided my securities in folders, not exceeding
100, it took me nowhere, as the eSignal server only seems to recognize, that I
request 700 Symbols at a time.Besides that I have to do the update mostly
twice,as many securities show "X" in the collection report, I think
that is also conected to the "symbol conflict"
I´m only talking EOD
here.
Mailing eSignal support
brought me nothing but wisecracks.
The Volume is right in
Metastock RT, but scaled down in EOD. Before noticing this, I skiped trades,
thinking, the securities would be too illiquide...
Yes, they are overpriced, but
as they are beautiful in RT, I could live with that

time. Perhaps this has to do with the number of symbols allowed in each
folder in the MS database. There is a limit to how many symbols you can
put into a folder. You have to divide up the securities between folders
to make sure you do not exceed this limit. This has nothing to do with
EOD Esignal.

with ESignal and that is Esignal's limitation. You have to pay ESignal
more $$ to view more symbols in RT. They are really overpriced

eSignal, and the volume for my daily securities is in MS scaled down by

Second
problem:
Every morning, updating
the dailies, I got an error message, telling me, that I`m exceeding my
symbol number, what is true, as I`m updating more symbols, than I`m
allowed to view at a time.
Has anyone experienced
same problems?
