Sorry guys, but I don't get the point:

Let's assume that MS can be emulated *perfectly* under Linux:

What advantage this would have? If, MS would crash in it's Linux MS Windows,
wow! If there will be ever an MS XP emulator for Linux, surely there will be
registration for that too. In the age of the Internet it's no prob for MS
to receive relevant data either way.

I think the real question is: Do we really need XP (at once) to improve
trading. Everyone who has setup a windows system completely himself knows
that once it runs there's not much need to change anything for awhile -
unless you're one of the guys who always need the newest toys and are
willing to pay the price (and I'am not only mean $s here)...
