    My copy of the downloader willnot convert txt 
    data to metastock. When I attempt this I get the message "Dlwin has caused 
    an error in KERNEL32.DLL. Dlwin will now shut down. If you continue to have 
    problems try restarting your computer. I am running v7 on Windows 
    Me.
    Restqrting the computer has no effect and 
    neither does reinstalling the Downloader.
     
    Any suggestions please
