    I am looking for the formula for the 
    Relative Volatility Index (RVI)
     
    MSK manual states the following:
    "The calculation is identical  to the 
    Relative Strength Index (RSI) (see Relative Strength Index) except that the 
    RVI measures the standard deviation of daily price changes rather than 
    absolute price changes."
