Recently Claude Baruch posted a link to http://www.Wealth-Lab.com

This program has a high level formula language that sort of resembles C or
Pascal. The program reads Metastock files.  This program might meet the
needs of system developers. The price is $300 and there is a 20 or 30 day
trial period. I haven't tried it yet, so I can't comment on it.
