And to add to this thread ad nauseum, I contribute my 2 cents worth: Equis,
just get a new server (yes, it costs money, just like your program), and
make sure it's Unix, and hire a good sys admin to run it. I don't want to
have to go to a web page to read my mail. Is it really too much to ask? Best
case, do it like Yahoo where we can get the e-mail AND read the back posts
on the web site.
Oh, and Lynn, beef up that tech support department, (you could do it by
cutting the marketing staff), but, this would be a whole thread in
itself.........

For the same reason, I prefer list server. It is simple and automatic
through e-mail, and don't need to type a password.
Neal is right. At a web forum we will have less participants each day and
soon the forum will be dead.
