I have been without e-mail service from Monday to Wednesday of this week.
Road Runner's e-mail server in Houston is still down. I have re-established
service using Net Zero as a backup and second channel.
It seems that all the e-mails, including postings from this listserver, sent
to me during this period are in never never land.
Anyone who sent me an e-mail between Mon and Wed, please resend it.
