Even in the charts you must multiply the volume by the multiplier in the
volume scale and then again by another 100 to get the real value.
I have made a completely new set of volume indicators that that are based on
VR [volume real, VR=V*100] and includes a separate indicator if the volume
goes up (green) or down (red) as well as a 2 week MA and 25% above and below
this MA as per Elder.

I think people are missing the point.
I certainly don't mind MS displaying charts with an x100 in the volume
scale. It's clear what you are looking at.
The problem (and I would call this a bug) is that if you want to access the
Volume programatically you have to multiply it by a fudge factor.
