Try inserting the CD holding down the shift key and continue to hold the shift key down for about 5-10 seconds, this will bypass any autorun stuff that may be interfering, then click OK. Also make sure that you are inserting that same CD that was last installed (If youy have 7.02 installed, make sure that you are inserting the 7.02 CD and not the 7.01 CD). You can also call Support if this still doesn't solve the problem, they can unlock the program for you.
