Ken,
The newest Symbol database includes the E-Mini contracts and does have the
correct times for the S&P contracts. I am very sorry if I did not this
mention in the earlier post, that after deleting Symbol Database70.dta and
updating it to the new one that MetaStock has to be closed and reopened to
view the new symbol file. If the program is not closed and reopened, we will
still view the old symbol file. The Start/End times for the Lean Hogs and
Live Cattle contracts are correct, as well, in the new symbol database.
Sorry for any confusion.
Thank you,
Lynn

Lynn,
If it has been corrected, then I'm obviously doing something wrong. I
just did a complete uninstall/re-install of Metastock Professional 7.0.
As soon as the install was complete, I deleted SymbolDatabase70.dta. I
used "Update Symbol Database" to retrieve the latest file. What I found
is that the S&P start/end time is still incorrect, as is the start time
for Lean Hogs. Live Cattle might also be incorrect, I don't recall.
Also, it would be kind of you to include symbols for the S&P 500 E-Mini
and the NASDAQ E-Mini in the next update. I have manually
corrected/created what I need.
Regards,
Ken
