i buy inexpensive stocks ,,usually under 10 with pretty good
volume only...minimum 250 average 30 day volume..i try and buy options
only on the sp400 and 500...good liquidity....and between 25 and 100.00
price range...i tend to avoid the b2b and other dot coms even though they
move fast..they are quite expensive at the money...i also play the dow
alot..all options...i have a 3pm procedure where i try and play what i
think will move good the next day....they don't tend to gap as much as
some other stocks and the ATM options are reasonable....good
trading...
After many years using basically only the Metastock
end-of-day program for my back testing I used this
forum to ask for suggestions for a program that would
accept Metastock formatted data but allow entries and
exits at intra day prices, as the systems I am
currently designing need this feature.
Fortunately I received I excellent suggestion: " Byte
Into The Market ". This program permits signals for
exit and entry at all prices specified between the
high and low of a bar and allows stop orders, limit
orders, amongst many other related features. The
multiple security system comparisons are instructive
and time saving.
So, many thanks for the come back on my request as it
has solved my problem.

Roberto
