I just get the data off the CFTC site in ASCII format. Make the appropriate
deductions and convert it to MetaStock format as new securities. The net
position of the commercials would be column 12 minus column 13 of the CFTC
file.

For those interested I have attached a GIF file displaying a weekly S&P 500
continuous futures chart along with the net position of the Commercials and
the Non-commercials according to the CFTC / COT statistics. Looks quite
bearish as judged by the stance of the Commercials.
