List-Owner,

Spamming Charly is back.

I hereby formaly put in a complaint against this Charly M Brown, since he has been continiously
been violating the above List-rules:
-continiously spamming
-not contributing
-not being productive
-continiously pestering & hastling other List-members.
therefore I urge you, as the List-owner, to get this 'no-no' removed from the List.

Apart of your own ways of checking, you can check on his validity of List-membership:
-MetaStock License :
if he is actualy owning a copy of MetaStock, and therefore is a VALID List-member.
-Historical mailings :
proove if he is ALSO a VALID list-member by checking any of his historicaly
send listmailings, eg for being possitive & contributive mailings.

a.-Contributive mailings :
like proove of a by accused send Chart or two, or a Formula or Expert or other means
