Yes, I have same problem, I had to set options to 150 periods to be able to
get 30mn charts which is the same than 75 periods in 60mn .
It seems it is about the maximum you can get with Data-On-Demand and is
different for each ticker, if you ask more periods than available in eSignal
historical database, you get the error message.
For usual tickers, there are more datas than others, I have had a lot of
problems with FOREX tickers because trades occur 24h a day and so there are
more datas to download than with usual markets for same number of days.
I did report this problem to Equis support, their answer is to set options
to a lower figure, they told me 200 periods but I had to go down to about
150 periods.
