Notice "not the same" error, actualy no-error, when using the Downloader instead,
to now "load" the same MSK Data File. So you can criss cross through the MSK database,
without running into errors.
The changes are made to the Charts, Smart Charts, Templates and Layouts and therefore,
on opening a prev version one, you will receive the conflicting error.
Thus not from accessing the database itselve (the MSK Data Files), not with either versions.
Tho, throughout MSK life, I suppose that upgrades like that of v4x, then cannot use
the by v6.5 or higher created 256+ secs/folder mwd files, full stop.
