Michael,
IMHO, Win NT 4.0 is far more superior machine compare to Win 95.
And, yes you can create a shortcut to any application on your destop when
using NT.

At my company they installed a new computer for my use- NT op syst ( so far
i hate it)
I used to have win 95, & had a "microsoft office shortcut bar " ie desktop
tool bar, set up at the top of my screen.
is this possible for an NT op syst ? and how would i set it up ?
