Try searching www.tucows.com or www.shareware.com.  I'm sure there are
numerous "toolbar" apps there.  If you're talking about the app bar, you can
just drag it from the bottom to the top or side of the screen.

At my  company they installed a new computer for my use- NT op syst ( so far
i hate it)
I used to have win 95, & had a "microsoft office shortcut bar " ie desktop
tool bar,  set up at the top of my screen.

is this possible for an NT op syst ? and how would i set it up ?
