I get my real time feed from the CBOE, but I use Quote Tracker and only
update it every 20 seconds.

Are you options traders basically evaluating only the option data to find a
trade? Are you examining the future's charts to get some ideas and then
looking at the option data?
Is it important to have an option data feed or is there a good website
[reasonable priced] that has sufficient data?
Regarding options trading I'like to know how you folks are approaching it.
