7.02eod performance improvement on Windows 2000?

Hi

Currently I use 7.01eod on Windows 2000 and the performance is down by 1000%
(10 times as slow at least) and it remains unused.  Having spoken to Equis
support they tell me;

"We have found a few things in 7.01 that may be slowing the processor
speed.  We recommend that you contact our sales department for your free
upgrade to 7.02."

Can anyone confirm that the performance of 7.02eod (personal edition?) on
Windows 2000 (professional edition) is as good as previous Metastock
versions on Windows 98?
