About a year ago I also tried Prophet for use with Metastock. Everything
about the service absolutely sucked - and that's being charitablean --
downloads took forever, never completed without error, and their attitude
(particularly form a sales/support person named Brenda) was that I must be
doing it wrong. Additionally, I tried their option quotes, and the prices
were off by a factor of 10X or 100X; again they tried to blame me, or
Metastock, and the problem was escalated to the president of the
organization, but never resolved. Presumably, a year downstream, they
should have cleaned things up. But, if any of this sounds familiar, you're
obviously running into the same problem. My suggestion is to cut your
losses.

I switched to QuotesPlus (www.qp2.com), and have been delighted ever since.
Two minute downloads without incident. Outstanding customer support. Never
looked back. Hope this helped.
