Wasn't about MU, just the DRAM market in general and we're holding this
stuff for 3 to 4 months (through year-end). Actually will be buying some
more MU but we have enough TSM.

Stupid as it may be, since my boards are initially never fully
populated, I find that prices drop over time, and if I need to
upgrade, I can get the higher capacity chips much cheaper at a later
date, particularly in the after market.
Albeit, that was not the case for a while with the older 4 meg modules
that are still to this day overpriced (fit older printers, and sound
cards).
