problems with setting up an S&P contract with eSignal. The only trades
shown were between 7:44 AM and 1:35 PM MST, when it should have been 7:30 AM to

<DIV><FONT face=Arial size=2>I also spoke with someone this morning (3/29/00) at
Equis, who told me they had received about ten calls on this problem and told me
to call DBC (eSignal) as it was their problem, all they do is 'pass through the

size=2>Signal, spent about one hour on the phone with DBC tech support,
which was very helpful and finally determined it was not their problem, they
actually connected to the same server MS was connecting to and retrieved the
data, which was correct.</FONT></DIV>

<DIV><FONT face=Arial size=2>Rather than spend another hour on the phone,
waiting for someone to pick up at Equis, I started looking around to see if I
could figure it out...</FONT></DIV>

SP contract is configured with start time and end time as.... you guessed
it, 7:44 and 1:35!!!! Once I changed the symbol database (through the
downloader), the problem disappeared...</FONT></DIV>

at least TRY and find out if the problem was theirs rather than immediately
point a finger at DBC. I'm extremely disappointed in your tech support.
I'm a new MS user and was able to find the problem in about an hour or so...

They say they are working on a connection with Qfeed; or rather Qfeed is the
one working on it. I think they are serious, but Qfeed is overwhelemed with
connection problems right now. Dynastore says it will run MS RT on Qfeed;
just buy the software. See the dl section of Qcharts.
