with the problems I had with my computer. However, it's fixed and back and
the cable modem is up and running, so here goes <G>. My pick this
week is Knight/Trimark Group (NITE).

NITE at 49 9/16 made a strong bounce off the
bottom of its Short Term Up Trend Channel (STUTC) Friday. Looking back, it made an all time high
of 81 5/8 on 5/11/99. From there it
formed an Intermediate Term Down Trend Channel to a low of 21 11/16 on
10/15/99. It then broke out of the
ITDTC on 11/01/99 and shot on up to a high of 57 ½ on 12/13/99 before falling
back to a low of 29 ½ on 1/26/00.
After that it formed a STUTC and then went on to form its current,
steeper STUTC. It looks to me like
we have established an up trend of higher lows and will go on to higher highs
and eventually test last years high.
The shorter term comparative relative strength average is still below the
longer term, but both are rising and the shorter term average has a steeper
slope. Tema PDI-MDI is positive and
rising and the ADX is above the MDI and rising. This indicates an up trend in
progress. The fundamentals are Ok
with the price/sales a little higher than I like at 6.89, no debt, and annual
sales and EPS growth at triple digit rates. I’m going to open a long position Monday
with the initial target just under the old high at 81 and the initial stop just
under the STUTC at 43 ¾.

List Members,
Actually, my problem is the opposite -
Can anyone, please, explain to me how I can make AIQ read my Metastock
format database (.DAT & .DOP files) on a daily updated basis?
AIQ has dropped support for the Y2K Metastock format.
