Equis seems to be in a state of denial whenever anyone has a difficult
problem. However there are some pieces of software that will run on 98% of
the machines and wont run on the other 2%. I've had this happen to me once
or twice.
If you are able to print out anything else that you want to, except MS
charts, then, I would assume that the problem is with Equis software.
