Fw: error in exploration (Downloader for Reuters DataLink Update)

Hi,
 
Since Equis did not get back to me on this today I have a 
problem.
Did anyone else have this problem after installing the 
Downloader for Reuters DataLink Update?
In the meantime, can I restore the previous DLWIN directory 
until they get back to me? 
Is this safe?

after installing the update diskette received yesterday for 
the downloader,
I am unable to run an exploration for a pre defined group 
of folders?
 
I can not even have acces to directory to recreate that 
group.
 
What should I do?
 
Ps: I do have a backup of prior installation
