Glen,
I use CSI's futures data and have found the data very good and
always available. UA's charting is primitive so export to MS is
really mandatory. The only fault I would find is the export to MS
format is fairly slow and fragile. I have found that I can't use the
downloader to touch the MS data it creates (although you can
add a day for instance from within UA and re-export.)
